Jogging under clothes

I am 16 months post sleeve and am now jogging as my primary exercise. The problem is i feel uncomfortable with my middle section jiggling and I want to know if anyone can recommend a good support underwear

  • That's a good question because shapewear would be too confining and sweaty for jogging. Do you wear full coverage brief underwear? What about bicycle shorts, they're spandex and would hold things in.

Some things to try:

Compression boy short running underwear.

I layer them under my regular shorts or leggings. they protect my thighs from friction burn. They are lighter weight than yoga shorts

Agree... go for compression shorts. I also use a compression shirt. It holds everything together--no jiggling. You look pretty good in them too. You can put your regular clothes over them. It may feel a little weird for the first 20 minutes or so, then you forget they are on.
