Newbie

I am new to this site and like most I am scouring the internet for information. I am a married 46 year old who has been overweight my entire life. I found a wonderful physician in TN about a year ago and made my final decision to move forward right then and there. This was a decision that took me over 14 years to make, so I don’t take it for granted that I have this amazing opportunity to change my life. My VSG surgery is scheduled for June 12th!

I am very excited and super nervous. Any words of encouragement and info are welcome. ???

And you are having your surgery on my son's birthday, this year he turns 40. Just proves I am Old As Dirt because I was 33 when he was born.

Welcome and congratulations on your decision. I have found the boards to be very helpful and people to be very supportive and informative so this is a good place to get some encouragement when you need it.

vovo,

That scale you are referring to is called a sticker. You can create one when you create your profile. Its located there.[emoji4]
