Did anyone watch last nights episode?? This lady is so delusional and just threw away a great opportunity of help for both her addiction and weight loss. I think if she didn't take her husband back in she would have tried harder.... maybe... who knows.... ?

I am going to have to go watch it now. I became obsessed with that show after getting my surgery date but stopped watching when my first attempt at WLS failed. Being 8 days post op I see why you never see them the first month after surgery. They would not be inspirational talking about how sick of the full liquid diet they are??
I just watched the Angie J episode. Google reveals she has a go fund me account and in an update posted 2 days ago she claims she has been approved for surgery and is filming a second episode. Crazy stuff!!!

Hopefully she is sober and is really serious about what the doctor says. She kept claiming he was attacking her and she refused to actually listen to him and his advice. I'm not sure how successful she will actually be if she were to get the surgery. ?

I wondered if she had ever seen the show before when she was saying she didn’t meet his goals but she thinks she did good enough and that she deserved surgery

who knows! That really irritated me when she kept saying she deserved it. I'm like you didn't follow the guidelines that were given to you... so no you didn't deserve anything. How do you expect to be successful after the surgery if you refuse to follow the guidelines prior to surgery.

Plus I was tested for drugs and nicotine and I knew it from the get go. How did she not know that was going to be found out. And she was shown smoking on camera.... crazy stuff. Love that show!! I couldn’t wait for the scenes where she saw the doctor because I knew he was going to put her in her place.
Doubt you can hide very much from a Good Bariatric Surgeon, by now they HAVE HEARD it all!

For sure and they do all sorts of testing and drugs will show up on the reports.
