Arm lift and breast augmentation Tips needed

I am having surgery next week arm and breast lift with augmentation and I was wondering if any one had any tips for after care. I have help for about 5 days and I was going meal prep for my husband... Is there anything that I should buy to make my life easier during recovery.

    Check out PS web sites. Binge watch TV and remember you get one chance to heal don’t pick up anything too heavy and follow your docs instructions. Protien promotes healing and stay hydrated. Do not get on the scale without thinking your way at least 10 pounds more - swelling is awful. The pain is intense and emotionally a roller coaster Yet we chose this.
