Tuesday..Had my GS..

Wednesday, Thursday n Friday

Nothing but pure agonizing pain..sips of water with meds only, as my Dr. Had me NPO until today.. I was able to order my phase one diet meal. Strawberry Suger free jello..and chicken broth..the pain I feel when I swallow.. I worked really slow on the jello n left the broth alone..

My head has bin pounding due to my caffeine withdrawal..how I need my coffee...hope everyone is doing well...

Day 4... I'm able to get up out of bed ...still dealing with a little minor pain.. some lightheadedness once I'm up.. but the agonizing pain is no more..or not as bad..that's for sure...I'm sure it will continue to hurt as it heals I mean really I did have Surgery....everyone on your road to recovery..stay positive and focused... ok bbltr

Well I'm now home!! N like they say there's no place like home at this time I'm single(as of today anyway) so I had to do my own shopping n pick up my meds...n bring it all inside my self...I swear who needs a man that's not reliable..SMH.. I'm home sipping on some very good tasting protein water...I don't get how I'm suppose to drink 64fl oz n I can barely drink 16 oz...oh well its a self challenge guess!! I smile when I think about what I just went thru n the healthier me I will meet!!

I just purchased this water.. n un small sips it tastes delicious! Anyone else try it?

It's flavored protein water.. n it is delicious.. I started drinking these about 6 mos ago.. n I love em.. I jus went to Giant Eagle for my pain meds and came across this brand n flavor..will stick to these for now..
