I'm still having a really hard time getting in all my protein any suggestions. Please anything will help.

I’ve had several people tell me to sip all day, I’m 4 days away from the surgery.. but my friends that have recently had the surgery say sip sip sip... I’m going with that, they also say it is very hard to get all the protein in all in one day... best of luck to you

I'm 11 days out and still have trouble getting fluids and protein in every day. Some days are better than others. I've decided that I am doing the best that I can and I'm not going to beat myself up over it. I'm getting more in today than when I started. Baby steps for me.

I don’t know if you guys have a smart watch or smartphone but you can have it set to buzz every 15 minutes for sips. That is the only I can get mine in.
