Has anyone tried the low carb pasta in the shop? does it taste like cardboard?l

Haven’t tried that one but I have tried a lot of them. Best one I’ve found so far is one made from cauliflower and yellow lentils on Amazon. I’ll try to find a pic and post.

I have tried BariatricPal's cheese steak pasta and it was really good. I'm thinking they use the low carb pasta. Give it a try, you can always send it back if you don't like it.

I haven't tried real pasta yet since surgery 3.5 months ago, but I didn't know there were "fake" pastas out there. Good to know.
