Stall - 6 weeks post OP!

Hi guys! I am currently 6 weeks post op and began eating "regular" foods this week. My post OP diet was very strict. No meats, hardly any carbs or sugars...and now I've hit a stall. I was 345 at my highest weight...now I'm stuck at 307. Any tips on how to break a stall??

Stalled here also at 6 weeks. They say it’s normal. Body adjusting I guess. Bet your losing inches instead! Hang in there

It's a normal time to stall with the adjustments to real foods. You're doing everything right, you're just going to have to let it run its course and keep eating 600-800 calories and getting your protein and water in and wait.

I hit my second stall at 5-6 weeks and here I sit....pissed off. But I am really upping my exercise a lot now. It's not easy but I am pushing myself. Figure I have to do something to take my mind off of it. I told myself i won't get on the scale til the end of the month. If it hasnt moved by then I may have a breakdown lol

Hang in there!
