Just had my 3.5 month check up and I am down 27lbs. Feeling great. My overall from start to now is 63lbs . I still have ups and down.but overall this was the best decision for me.

That's great, congrats! I have my 3.5 month check-up on April 2nd and I'm hoping to be in Onederland by then, but then again I only weigh without clothes and shoes and the doctor will weigh me with clothes and shoes. But anyway, I hope to be 35 pounds down from my Dec. sleeve.

Congrats, keep up the amazing work! I personally have been stuck here lately, but I am hoping with working in the gym more that will help get the scale moving down again. Super proud of you!
