Hi Just Wondering I Am On Just Clear With Pro Shakes Since It Is Just Liquids To You Feel Sort Hungry More Often Then Solid Fooods Or Is There Something Wrong With My Band I Am Not Starving Sust Feeling Stomach Grualing After Awhile Julie

    Julie, are you banded? Please stick w/your surgeon's post-op rules so you'll heal properly. We have enough padding to keep us from starving. Try to keep busy w/non-food related things to do....read a good book, take a warm shower, get a pedicure, read some support posts, take a nice nap, walk, drink lots of water. This is an important temporary stage preparing you for the next one. You can do it!

    Julie, you are normal of course it is normal to feel hungry with only liquids..some of the grawling you are feeling could also be gas..it gets better as you progrees to mushys then solids..

    I was hungry going into surgery, I was hungry AFTER surgery, I was hungry on liquids, I was hungry on mushy foods... it wasnt until I got my first fill and was on solids that the hunger was better! :o
