I'm 51 years old, I'm 5'9, I weigh 252 lbs., my bmi 38.19, I have sleep apena, GERD and I have a Hiatal Hernia. I just finished my first nutrition class, so I'm still in the early stages. What I would like to know if there is anyone with some the same diagnosis that have and will gastric bypass surgery help me?
