Calcium Caltrate w/vit D

These are the vitamins that I've been taking and so far my blood work have been fine. I don't want to change anything but The caltrate is causing me to get nauseated.[emoji57] what calcium do you take?20190201_091616.jpeg

You just reminded me of my psych appointment at the end of the visit the doctor said just keep this in mind before you est anything "if its delicious it's suspicious" haha!

That makes a lot of sense. My problem was portion control and the portions were things like pizza and tater tots.
