For me, baby steps is what helped me get to where I needed to be. Don't start out too extreme if that does not work for you, it will only set you up for failure. Ease into things. I have faith you can do it. :)

Well say to YOURSELF I do not have to put out on everything I see for fear I might never taste again. That helped put you where you are today, seeking a surgical revision. Many of the foods you love you will eat later.on, but you either will eat just a small portion or you may find they don't taste as good as you remember or they flat out will disgust you. Start tapering down now, that way when you start your liquid diet it won't be like you're trapped in a thunderstorm and can't escape. Think of it as starting to go into Spring Training , it's not baseball its LIFE-ball, and it is important. Come back here if you need help, we all have faced these demons and won the battle, we have tips that can help. And Good Luck because you may find you need it!
