  • I do envy the variety of foods available in USA. I discovered quest protein bars the other week, I quite enjoyed the flavours I have tried so far.

Recipe is for 2 pizzas

Large can chicken breast drained and chopped up good

1/2 c Parmesan chz

1/4 c mozzarella chz

1 egg

1 tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp mayo of choice (I use avocado mayo)

Salt and pepper

Mix well

Place on parchment paper and form into shape of pizza crust, not too thick...

Bake on 475 for 10-15 min

Flip cook addtl 5-10 ( should be held together and crispy) now add toppings

Bake addtl 5-10 min
