Im craving avocado and hummus... when would this be allowed again? Best decision ive ever made!

When are you allowed soft foods? Best check in with your surgeon or dietician as to timing and quantities perhaps? Avocado while reasonally healthy is fairly high in fat and they probably have some restrictions as to how much can be consumed in a meal or per day. Hummus the same, can be high fat depending on the brand, but if making your own doesn't have to be high fat.

I ate hummus a lot when I was in the pureed stage. I don't think I had avocado, but I'm sure it'll work fine when you can eat pureed foods. Just keep in mind you're supposed to focus mostly on protein, though...
