Take time to read as much as you can all around the board threads. Everybody's experience is different and you may or may not experience what another has. Reading the boards has helped me know what to expect or not expect..what may happen or not so you can be fully prepared. I had the sleeve so mine is going to be different.. but reading the boards will get you more information than a limited number of responses to your thread. Good Luck and welcome!

Did you guys do 1 week or 2 weeks of liquids? How long before you went back to work or school?

1 day liquid before surgery and 2 weeks after. I went back to work after 1 week of licking my wounds. Walking a lot after surgery is the key to quick recovery.

Well today is your Big Day, either you are in surgery now or very close. Just want to wish you the best of Luck and I hope things go smoothly. for you @avm1014 and all the other January 14th people. Please update us how you are doing afterwatd!
I think dar64r, Brittany and shanabanana are also today and Pelara is one of the ones for tomorrow.
And also on the 15th Lady Sin, one of my favorite posters and Kay C. I would love to meet all my Bari'pals on here but her especially, and I think she is only one state away.

Congrats and best wishes to everyone having surgery this week. Two days to go for me!
