Bone Broth

I made my first pot of bone broth and drank my first cup today!!! Ohhhh so good, warm, savory, delicious and knowing how good it is for skin, lean muscle mass and cellulite made it even better. My goal is to enjoy 2 cups a day for 30 days then 1 cup a day from then on. Here’s to our good, healthy bodies!

Bone broth is good, homemade more so. Until I had my surgery I had forgotten how much I really don't like chicken? broth, especially in a naked state. Think I will throw in onions, celery and carrots, even if I pitch it later, it won't be icky bland anymore.?
