Slow heart rate

I am 3 months post gastric sleeve. Before surgery my heart rate stayed around 100 bomb, resting it would be between 80-90. In this last week or so my heart rate stays around 70 bpm, but at rest it's between40-50 bpm. Is this normal. I feel for the most part OK. I am having what feels like anxiety, like my heart is racing yet it's not. Anyone else have similar issue?

  • What are you using to measure your heart rate? Fitbit and other trackers are notoriously inaccurate. My fitbit is reading 51 bpm right now which I know is wrong. Sent from my SM-G960U using Bariatri
