VItamins with iron

Does anyone have difficulty taking vitamins with iron after surgery causing severe constipation?

any recommendations or suggestions? I’m currently taking the one a day capsule with iron on a full stomach with lots of water???

    I tried the miralax daily but only got overly bloated .... I’m currently doing MOM once a week but I’m concerned as to how often it’s ok to take ??
