Hi, i use to love coconut water befor surgery, would anybody enlighten me, does it considered as clear liquids for sleeve post op diet ?

It was specifically excluded from mine, but I would think it would depend on the calorie/carb/sugar content, some coconut water can be high in sugar, others are low.

If you are talking about clear liquid diet immediately post op, I would think its okay if you aren't getting any or sufficient calories elsewhere but may be empty calories if beyond clear liquid diet if you are getting sufficient calories from free liquids.

Perhaps clarify with your dietician as it may be one of those things where every doctor/dietician has a differnt point of view on coconut water for post op diets.
