    Support each other

Im still single and i think I should date someone who is going in the same path so we can easly get along and support each other, [emoji4]my family loves me so much and I do love them back and they are my priority but I feel like they are having difficulty in understanding what kind of support I need pre and post op. Specifically dite and food control wise. Ive struggled long enough with overweight but am now more scared to be alone in this journey. I wish I can find my other me somewhere nearby [emoji56] Sent from my SM-N950F using BariatricPal mobile app

  9. Am really sorry it turned that way with you, actually nausea is no jock but try smelling some alcohol swab might help you, it helped me A LOT, and to me it didn't last for more than 3 days, waking is so good for the gas, try to open up your appetite with teeny tiny super small sips, increase gradually, all the best in your journey [emoji123] Sent from my SM-N950F using BariatricPal mobile app
  10. I myself brought the news to my grammar and aunts few days after discharging from the hospital, whatever negative comments I would reply "I understand your concerns thank u, but it's my health and my decisions" and if any further negative comments I would just engage myself in a game or a mobile chat ([emoji113]talk to the hand) Sent from my SM-N950F using BariatricPal mobile app

    December 2018 Sleevers!

The best part, when they put that mask on me I felt am in the clouds, went to sleep immmmmmmmediately , and the second part was, when I woke up, mom was filming me [emoji1] , i guess I had fun for a while then we spoke seriously, the dehydration is no joke, sometimes I couldn't open my eyes, i had to use eye drops, my lips where cracked like an old toast, the worst thing was illusion of pizza keeps roaming around my head, i have that addiction for food in general and pizzas in specific [emoji85] now I feel bit weak, can't drink enough water cos it hurts sometimes. But in general I feel like I could make it till the end and succeed. Sent from my SM-N950F using BariatricPal mobile app
