  1. Hi, i use to love coconut water befor surgery, would anybody enlighten me, does it considered as clear liquids for sleeve post op diet ?
  2. We shouldn't be hard on ourselves, we are the ones who understand us better, so enough criticisms, it my me phase now.

  4. At the bigening the ride is rough yeah no jocke, but to me, 5th day post op, feeling much better.. it's ok to be bit nervous but don't freak out [emoji1] it's all gonna pass.
  5. Try to sniff some medical alcohol swabs, it helped me with the nausea, all the best
  6. I guess we are in the same stage, today is my day4 post op, yea no jokr, i feel like eating nothing coz am worried bwt the pain, but am keeping myself hydrated

  9. Am undergoing surgery in couple of hours, yay.. feel excited and nervous

My opinion is, every body's reaction to the surgery is different, having the same surgeon dont have to mean same result, the purpose of the surgery it to learn how to eat healthy and less portion to maintain the best results for longer time possible, u r unique, don't put ur self down by comparison to a non healthy lifestyle, otherwise why did u had the surgery in the first place [emoji6]

  12. I can't find support groups anywhere around me, I will jus stick around u guys over here, I wouldn't think what other people would think bwt me not jus yet, I don't think I will ever do [emoji12]

Im still single and i think I should date someone who is going in the same path so we can easly get along and support each other, [emoji4]my family loves me so much and I do love them back and they are my priority but I feel like they are having difficulty in understanding what kind of support I need pre and post op. Specifically dite and food control wise. Ive struggled long enough with overweight but am now more scared to be alone in this journey. I wish I can find my other me somewhere nearby [emoji56]
