I'm home. Am not dealing well with gas pain. So happy to be this far. Sip, sip, sip, walk, walk, walk. did anyone use any gas relieving meds such as gas ex?

Hi there, congrats on making through the surgery! I did use gas x as advised by my team but I found the key to letting go of that excess gas is walking around. The gas pain will dissipate once you let out a few good ones.

Yes gas ex was my best friend for about 4 weeks, this was a list of items that my team suggested that I have on hand after surgery and it helped do much... take it hon and it should help you greatly.

I though I was going to die..
It hurts like hell but it passes by day 3 I was feeling better

I do feel better tonight. Walking does help. And a shower Cheers to everyone on this journey!
