Gas pain? or what?

I am 13 months out from gastric sleeve. Just the past week I’ve developed pain in my upper left chest after eating or drinking. The same feeling I had immediately AFTER gastric sleeve - waiting for gas to leave my body. Anyone else have this issue a year after? I’m trying to figure out what I’ve eaten -maybe it’s coffee?

Any kind of chest pain should be checked by a Dr just to make sure it’s not heart related. I am guessing it is probable acid/ reflux but you need to get properly diagnosed
