I was sleeved on 11/21, I’m so weak. I don’t understand why. Everything else is fine. I’m trying to drink my amount that I was told (which I find really hard). And will I have to drink in sips forever? My stomach starts to spasm (best way I can describe it) if I drink more than a sip.

Totally normal! Most of your poor tummy was just yanked out through a hole in your abdomen- it's not very happy!

I had the spasming for probably 4 to 5 days, then it turned into rumbling, and now, 5.5 weeks out, it's fairly normal.

You just had major surgery- rest and work on those water goals. It can certainly be hard to get it in! Keep trucking!

I can now take normal drinks without issue so am no longer sipping.

It will pass with time. I can drink normally now. I am about 14 months out.

Sips it just at the start thankfully! I can do about two medium mouthfuls in a go before needing to wait a bit.
