Meet with surgeon!

Guys I’m meeting with my surgeon tomorrow! So excited to get this process started!! Anyways I made a little binder with papers that I need: insurance stuff, diet history, things like that. Any advice before I go? Questions to ask, things to bring, information I should be prepared with?

If you take any meds bring a list of them. You may want to ask the surgeon how many surgeries s/he has performed, complication rates, and be prepared to discuss any comorbidities and GERD. Good luck! I met with my surgeon in May and was also so excited to get the process going. Next week is my final nutrition visit then they submit to insurance!!
