Pre-op Liquid Diet

I’m on day 3 of my pre-op liquid diet. It’s not as hard as I thought it would be, but today I’ve felt light headed and nauseous. Has anyone experienced this during your pre-op diet? Any tips for getting through the next two weeks?

Are you getting enough protein? I didn’t really have any problems with the pre-op diet (other than hunger - but that really subsided after 3 or 4 days). Good luck!
