Losing weight after pregnancy

I had the sleeve a little over 3 years ago, I lost 100 lbs, but gained 30 last year and then 24 during my pregnancy. I had my baby in June and I've lost 10 lbs but I can't seem to lose anymore.

I really do not eat much, but I know I definitely do not eat all healthy. Unfortunately I have sugar cravings and eat a little something every now and then.

What can I do to get back on track? I NEED to start losing again, I'm starting to hate myself.

  • Yes, it's actually my one and only pregnancy so far. I'm not sure why it says you have to have a c section, I did not and I'm in a group on Facebook and most of them did not either.

I'm sorry this is off topic but, was this your first pregnancy after getting the sleeve? And if it's not too much info, a lot of things out there say that most women have to have a C-section after sleeve procedure. Was yours a natural or C-section. Sorry if this is too much info.
