Can someone please help me understand what foods to avoid in references to avoiding a plateau in your weight loss and nutrition please?

Make sure you track your measurements. You'll find that often when the scale isn't moving, you're dropping inches. I have never yet had a week where I didn't lose either pounds or inches since my surgery in February.
