Measuring your food

Hey everybody,

So I have a question, how many grams per portion do you scoop on your plate ? For example yogurt , how many grams do you eat?

I want to measure my food again.
So I started with 100 grams, it was a satisfying portion but I could eat a bit more but I don’t want to push it (8 days post op now)

At 8 days out I don't remember being able to eat more than 1-2 oz at a time. (30-60 grams? Not sure of the metrics) I was just transitioning from liquids to puree at that time, so still had a lot of restriction. What does your surgeon/nutritionist recommend?
