Hello! I know that I’m not the only one but I never had any surgery before I get my gastric sleeve , this is my first surgery and I’m pretty nervous because I don’t know what to expect ! I want to start this topic because I (and I’m not sure about you guys) but I would like support from other people who have gone through this or are going through this. I have support from family but they never experienced this so they are going into this as blind sighted as I am. I would like to start this topic so that I or we can all get support from different people who are, will, have gone through this. Please share your experiences!!! I’m so ready to hear!

Hi Carolinaaa3. Welcome to the site. Everyone here is very supportive and friendly.

Just browse through the forums and check out topics that interest you. Probably most of your interests right now will be in the pre-op forums. But feel free to jump into any thread that catches your eye. There's one called "Was it worth it" in the Trending Topics column that you'd probably enjoy. There are several threads about what to pack for the hospital, what to buy and have ready to eat/drink at home, etc. The search function at the top of the site is great for finding those. When you search, select the dropdown and you get a choice to search the entire site. Otherwise, you're just searching in the forum you're currently in.
