a huge knot...

I had my surgery twelve days ago. Until recently I have been able to trace the outline of my port but now I have a huge knot, about the size of a tennis ball. It's not swollen or red, just under the skin I can feel it. Has anyone else experienced this?

No. I was banded about 20 days ago. I can feel the port under the skin, but no tennis ball! Better get it checked out I think!

Good luck.

I had something like that. Turns out there was a collection of fluid around the port area. They withdrew the fluid and I was fine. I'm not saying that is what you have, I'm just telling you my experience.
