I wont be eating 10 pounds in a month, that would be excessive. I might have 3 or 4 dates a day. Ill refrigerate them. They should last awhile.

Did you ever figure out where they fit into your plan? If they (all fruit/dried fruit/high levels of natural sugars) are for maintenance phase or during your loss phase?
