Daily Plate says I can eat 1900+ calories a day and lose 2 lbs a week ... are they nuts?? :P

They told me I could have 2100 calories a day and lose 2 lbs a week.... they ARE nuts!!! I changed it to 1200 cal a day.

LOL I just signed up and it told me 2460 calories per day!! So I set it for 1600 calories.....if it's all GOOD food, that's a LOT. I'm pretty sure I can't eat that much banded. But it's more reasonable than 2460!!

hi,

mine said 1800....wow....i would surely gain.

i actually like spark people better.

actually one the the best websites in terms of user-ability for tracking what you eat is weight watchers.

unfortunately they track points and not calories, Protein, etc
