I am in phase 1 of RNY surgery (7/18/18). I have been trying to fit everything in including my vitamins, full liquids and walking. Every sip I take it seems like I'm gonna bust like it's not moving anywhere. Also the premier shakes are bad for me because I'm lactose intolerant.
