July 18th surgery

Had my pre admission appointment today and it's finally feeling real
Starting weight 186kg weighed in today 168.4kg , I was so happy with the pre op weight loss I felt like celebrating with a hamburger but an optifast shake it was, mmmmm yummy ?

Just curious. Are you on an all liquids-only diet prior to your surgery?

I had Surgery on May 31 down 32 lbs My Dr had me fast the day before Surgery and mush Foods prior to that .All Dr are Different I know someone who has to fast 2 Weeks prior to theirs .My Bmi went from a 37 to a 31 I feel good best decision .

I started on optifast shakes and bars + 1 meat and veg meal a day June 1st
