First time i ever thought about this but

I take various forms of vitamins (and meds) throughout the day. Some are gummies. I tend to drink after as im taking other forms of vitamins also. Is this considered eating and drinking?

I take my meds while I’m drinking. There’s no other way to do it.

Take swallowing meds while you drink & chewable meds while you eat.

if you need to take meds with food, I just take with a few sips of ready to drink protein shake
