Left side pain after drinking like cramp

When I drink water I get pains like cramp down my left side I'm one year post op

I've had nothing but issues from my surgery all year but I had it done private in poland (I'm uk) I've no aftercare

ive had the diarhea excess wind severe bloating and a lot of pains in different areas since my surgery ..

does anyone know why? I'm 2 stone under goal weight made goal in 4 months
