Got my approval

I go tomorrow to schedule my surgery date! I’m hoping the date won’t be too far out.

One question about the liquid diet after surgery. I know I may be eating a lot of broth. What is the best for you brand of broth to buy?

Pre-congrats on getting your date!!

I've been drinking bone broth for a few years now. I think it's much more flavorful than regular broth and you get the added benefit of healthy collagen.

Just search on Amazon and you'll find lots of options. Kettle & Fire is a popular brand, but one of the most expensive ones. I've had generic versions and they taste just fine.

If you like savory and salty foods, I like to add garlic salt to beef bone broth and sip it like tea! I've also been known to add butter to it to kick the taste up a bit.

Even Wal-Mart now sells Bone Broth. ,wasn't looking for it but there it is!?

June 4th is my date. They went ahead and did all my pre surgery blood work, so I’m ready to go.
