I am in the beginning of my journey and obviously changing eating habits. What are some of your favorite recipes or websites to find bariatric friendly recipes. Thanks in advance.

    I’m in the final stages of the pre-op diet so even looking at this site shakes me to the core. Lol. I can’t wait to try some of these once I move to solid food! Enjoy:
