"Rise Up" app

Has anyone used this app? I was searching for helpful apps and came across this one. It has really good ratings and seems like a good tool.

Rise Up + Recover is just the app for you if you are struggling with food, dieting, exercise and body image. Based off self-monitoring homework, a cornerstone of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), we designed a simple and convenient app that has been used millions of time around the world. Not only can you log your food, but you can add the location, who you were with, and how you were feeling at the time. It's self-monitoring homework, a cornerstone of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and designed to help people dealing with eating disorders. (Free; iTunes and Google Play)
