Gastric bypass revision

I had RNY gastric bypass in 2012, lost about 115 and regained about 25 but never made it to goal. I had the gastric bypass revision (pouch smaller) 6 weeks ago. Anyone had a revision? What kind of results??

I have not had it but have been thinking of it. I also never reached my goal and have been regaining. Tell me about the revision. Did they just agree to do it? How did you get them to do it? And what do they do? Did your insurance cover it?

I am scheduled 7/31/18 for the revision. I have bcbc ppo and I was approved in less than 2 months. I had an upper endscopy which showed my opening from my pouch to small intestine had stretch significantly. If it is a surgical problem they should approve it.
