Anyone get Anemia post sleeve?

Has anyone had anemia after sleeve and what did your doc have you do about it? Thanks in advance.

    I was supposed to be in the hospital 2 days ended up 6 days needed 2 blood transfusions. Surgeon said my hemocrit was so low they needed to get my blood back to normal . I didnt have any drainage tubes after the surgery but was filling up with some fluid and blood ( not at the surgery site, in my body cavity ). The transfusions seemed to work good, felt much better
