Update: 6 years post sleeve

I started the protein shakes again this week. 1 for breakfast and 1 for lunch ( takes all day to drink both [emoji3]). I have meat and veggies for dinner. Stop eating after 8pm and my energy level is much better. I got away for the reason I did the surgery in the first place. I will continue for a month and then come up with a plan to stay on track. Thanks for all the help!

Although I do not really care about high protein levels, I did start having a premier shake in the mornings (just cause it’s easier) and I’ve found that I’m not hungry for most part of the day. For me, I’m not sure if it’s a good thing or not just yet...I.e. getting enough food. ??? I’m about a year out and definitely see I need to work this much harder these days to reach goal. Good for you getting back on track...I could definitely follow you on the no eating after 8pm!!! Thanks for sharing.
