They submitted my papers to UHC but my Drs office said she was kinda nervous because of the way my personal Dr filled out my 6 month nutritional visit paper. She said UHC was so picky so we will have to wait and see. I have done everything they asked so I hope my dr being lazy on penmanship doesn't cause me delays.

She also said UHC takes atleast 2 weeks....UGH!! Lol

Dealing with the insurance companies is aways the worst part of the process.

I'm so sorry! Hopefully you get a quick and easy approval By far the insurance and waiting prior to surgery was the most stressful and hardest part for me. Surgery was a breeze compared to that drama. If you do happen to get denied it should be pretty easy to have your doctor revise the paperwork and then resubmit. But fingers crossed you won't have to even think about that!!!

Hope the paperwork is enough for you. I had the same situation. I didn’t have the visits but I had to have documentation of prior weight loss failed attempts and my doctors notes were not overly supportive. Thank musk they approved me because I was a pure mess when the nurse told me it didn’t look good.
