What are good multi-vitamins? And what works or tastes better after surgery: capsules or chews or liquid? Trying to get ready for my surgery Monday 5/7

My nutritionist recommended Celebrate multi and calcium. I went online and ordered Celebrate brand chewable multi-vitamins. They seemed expensive but everything is in them. I was buying many different vitamins before so this is actually cheaper.

I purchased the ProCare Heath multi-vitamin that my nutritionist had on a list for me to choose from. They’re chewable being I am not allowed to swallow pills until a later time

these were the cheapest I came across so I stocked up

My Dr recommended generic 'flinstones' style vitamins for the first 2 weeks after surgery, as long as they have 18 mg Iron. They were like $5.

I've been looking into various vitamins as well. Found something that looks pretty interesting to me and wanted to see if anyone has heard of or tried. It's called Tespo and they have a bariatric one as well. I like that it's a liquid. I can't do ones that are too chalky.

Barimelts

You can get Barimelts on Amazon......they melt in your mouth. I bought multivitamin, b12, d, calcium and a probiotic........
