Will Staywell make me get the bypass or the sleeve?

Hello. You have to have a referral from your pcp. I have been trying to loose weight for 7 years. But my diabetes and hypo thyroid has gotten in the way. Plus I also have high cholesterol. I had to show proof that I was under a doctor care for six months and going to a gym and signed off by doctor. My process has moved pretty fast. I have stay well. Who do you have for your insurance?

Hello, Does Any one go to Gainesville, FL. UF Shands - Surgeon is Dr. Friedman? I go there and trying to have the sleeve. He suggested the bypass but I was too scared to do that procedure. I go Wednesday to have my barium swallow and ekg. I am hoping to have surgery in May. Is anyone else see this doctor or getting surgery in May? I live in Jacksonville but I have to go to Gainesville to have the surgery.

I am scarred too. Since I love food and I am an emotional eater and I love sugar my doctor said that this is why I should not have the sleeve. I would need the bypass. I know either surgery is life changing but i with the sleeve you can still taste thw food especially rhe food with sugar. With the bypass no no no sugar at all

After 3 months of bypass what is a sample of a 24 hour meals routine with water? And same with sleeve?

New- not sure what surgery is best for me. I need some advice please. I am 39 5’7” and 263lbs, I have diabetes, high cholesterol, HypoThyroid and kidney stones. My dr specializes is bypass but can also do the sleeve. He suggested the bypass. For the longer weight loss. But I am scared to have bypass cause I am a snacker and I don’t want to loose all my nutrients with bypass. I also have a calcium deficiency and take meds for that. Plus the dumping syndrome is making me worry and think I will be in bathroom a lot with bypass. Also I look good when I was 170 to 180. If I have bypass or sleeve will I go smaller than that? I look sick at 150?
