Does anyone have any suggestions for good Popsicles?

I would prefer to avoid aspartame.

The Popsicle brand uses Splenda

My nutritionist suggested Jello brand. Unless you are allergic, you won't consume much because 1/2 of a popsicle is filling.

Also, you can freeze protein shakes as ice cubes. I added banana to my vanilla and 2 cubes were better than any ice cream bar. Beat the heck out of it to make it smoothe. Sometimes use milk instead of water for rich taste.

Outshine makes a 1G of sugar popsicle. They come in a box with tangerine, raspberry and strawberry. If you like soft popsicles these are good. I prefer the PopSicle Sugar free orange, cherry and grape.

I had it done on Saturday ..and I have the same question any suggestions of what you guys had for liquids

I bought 3 ounce cups and filled them every 15 minutes.

Where do you get the Outshine brand? I hate the Popsicle brand.

Food Lion and WalMart is where I’ve seen them.
