I hate it when people post just to post.....

....like when clearly the post has no relevance or adds no value to the OP's question or concern.

Like this:

OP Question: I am having trouble finding a good fish recipe I like...can anyone help?

Response: I hate fish! Fish makes me gag!

Can someone explain the purpose of this? I mean, if you don't like fish, then why dont you just move on to the next thread? Who really cares what makes you gag or not gag???? I know I don't.

I'm a newbie and I've been lmao at this stuff.

Will that keep me from getting a band :(

Will I have to go to bandster hell? :omg:

As I pointed out before, there are places for the new people to go right on the main board called frequently asked questions and

Abbreviations and what they mean. When I was thinking about getting banded, I didn't break into the middle of a thread and start asking questions non related to the thread.

I went to the appropriate place and did my research.

wow, you really are very paranoid aren't you? In almost every post I read from you I am discovering that everything I herd about you is true.

I don't buy your little speach either. You are not required to answer newbies questions. i think you should let someone else who is better at dealing with people assist them.

If I read your posts right, you believe it is acceptable to answer a newbie's question then come straight to this thread and make fun of the very questions they ask. That is exactly what you have done. You are not required to answer newbie questions. This isnt your job. Maybe it is your LIFE but it isnt your job.

I feel so very sorry for you. I bet you have a housefull of cats too dont you?

Honestly people, I know I asked some silly questions when I first got banded (and probably do still)! I can read these and laugh, looking back now at myself. I really think it is in good fun and shouldn't be taken as being mean or hurtful. It is meant to be humorous, and we were all there at one time. I am really enjoying this and I don't feel it is at the expense of someone vulnerable. Remember, I included myself in there as well, so I guess you could say I am also making fun of me. Sit back, read, and get a good chuckle. I am.

I'm still kind of new and I think it is hilarious. I even joined in a few times. Made me laugh when I was having a bad day.

I know. I don't usually join in either. I'm shy. But this..well, sometimes ya just can't resist!!!!:nervous:nervous:nervous

Hi,

I'm new here and was wondering if someone could tell me what a pb is and is slime the stuff you buy the kids at walmart and if so am I suppose to eat that for my vitamins. Oh, so confused. Hope someone can help me. Also, let me make sure I've got this right, I can still drink my case a beer a day if I let it breath first, right? And keep it at 2 cups per vegetable per meal and one cup of meat. Does this mean I'm being a good bandster. Please help.

Same here! Ahhh F'em if they can't take a joke :bounce:

pb means peanut butter, right? If I cover my food in peanut butter, it slides right through the band and I won't get sick. I always use the creamy kind to be safe.
