Revision bypass surgery post gastroplasty

Can I please talk to anyone out there who has had the revision done from gastroplasty to bypass that has been left with a marble sized stomach? I don't need to hear from anyone that has had the sleeve or anything other than an actual revision that best case scenario leave me a marble sized stomach. How are you eating, what are you eating, how much, how often etc...My Doctor gives this to me as best case scenario and I am shocked as I don't know how life can be sustained with that size of stomach, thanks
